Happy hour hosted by Greystone Technology to follow nearby!

Come hear CEO, Peter Melby share how Greystone Technology has reinvented traditional HR on the way to being one of Colorado’s top workplaces.

A NOTE FROM PETER

"We made a choice many years ago to go against common thought and build a people-focused company in an industry that didn’t understand it (Information Technology). People told us we were dumb, there are days even still that I might tend to agree, but this decision has influenced our success more than anything else we've done. Our team makes this same decision again every day. The result has been a journey that hasn’t always been as pristine as social-media portrays, but it's incredibly rewarding. Through the good, bad, and ugly we created a system for authentic communication inside of our company. In this session I'll spend an hour sharing our journey and our system and then buying drinks for those who want to stay and talk about it. If your'e interested, or just want to hear about our biggest screw ups, come hang out."

ABOUT THIS SESSION

Challenges from Greystone’s notable growth spurred the innovation of a simple, consistent method to brings employee engagement and performance together.  The results are the primary reason Peter is recognized as one of Colorado’s top 25 CEOs by ColoradoBiz Magazine and was given Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 distinction.  Greystone was recently again named as a Denver Post Top Workplace and was included on the Inc 5000 list for the fifth consecutive year. Come spend and hour with us and learn Greystone's process, why we built it, and how it has become our biggest competitive advantage in a crowded hiring market.  Stay for happy hour and join our community around innovative HR.
